Express 2 Condos – Home Ownership Program
The Home ownership program is a city funded program organized by the three levels government which offers an interest-free down payment (up to $75,000) to eligible individuals towards the purchase at Express 2. Qualified applicants will have a chance to enjoy this program and select a suite at this project with only 10% downpayment*.
There is a process to qualify and will require the developer’s approval before the applicant can select a suite and sign an agreement.
An individual must meet the following requirements
– Must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
– Must be currently renting and does not own any properties
– Must be over 18 years old
– Annual household income does not exceed $98,500 (Net income)
– Have the financial capability to carry a mortgage of the eligible suite

Please carefully review the documents and ensure the purchaser is qualified for the Home Ownership program as we will require the form to be completed and signed by the purchasers. Please ensure all required fields are filled out.
* purchaser may be required to put additional down payment depending on the total purchase price to ensure the total deposit amount is 20%
IMPORTANT: 
  • Prior to signing the agreement we will require you to submit the following items for the developer to review.
  • Please do not advertise program details, it is a limited offering as it is a first come first served basis.
  • The program will end once it meets the sales target.
